Tedworth Property was founded in September 2017 by Simon Tollit and Christian Warman.
As a small, dynamic and director led business, we are fully invested in ensuring that any marketing strategy we employ is wholly supported by the whole team to ensure a successful outcome. We have a team of seven professionals and with our intricate knowledge of central London and vast experience of selling property, you can be assured that this knowledge and experience will be passed on to potential buyers.
We have an established office on Sloane Street, SW1 and focus solely on the residential prime central London market. Our simple objective is to ensure that each property with which we are entrusted to sell is promoted to an audience as far and wide-ranging as possible and to provide maximum coverage to ensure we achieve the very best sales price for our clients whilst considering current and changing market conditions.

Tedworth is proud to be an ambassador for The Childhood Trust, a London based charity dedicated to alleviating the impact of poverty on children and young people living in the capital. Approximately 800,000 children in London live in poverty and whilst London might be one the richest cities in the world, we also have one of the highest rates of child poverty among European capitals.
With this in mind, Tedworth is delighted to support The Childhood Trust in their vision and mission to help disadvantaged children in our communities and we will be donating a percentage of our sales and lettings fees to the Childhood Trust in an effort to help make a difference.
