Why should you instruct a comprehensive Building Survey?

Residents of prime central London are spoiled for choice when it comes to the availability of tennis courts in the area.  Whilst the tennis hubs of Queens Club and Roehampton are not far away and easily accessible by tube, bus, bicycle or car, there is plenty of choice much closer to home.

Eaton Square, Cadogan Square, Cadogan Place and Onslow Square, some of London’s most sought after addresses, are laid out around stunning private gardens, providing exclusive access to residents and within each of these secluded gardens are well maintained hard courts.

For those lucky enough to live on one of these iconic London garden squares, residents can apply for communal garden membership and enjoy the benefit of unlimited tennis throughout the year. Belgrave Square also has a tennis court, and Belgravia residents can apply to Grosvenor for access and membership. Just another bonus of living in such a wonderful area of London. A similar scheme is run by The Royal Hospital which oversees the management of Burton Court, which has three tennis courts for local residents.  Eligibility criteria apply for access to all these courts.

More widely available tennis courts can be found in St Luke’s Gardensjust off Sydney Street which are run by Better in conjunction with RBK&C, as well as the seven public courts in Hyde Park operated by Parksports, and 19 courts in Battersea Park run by Enable Leisure.

With Wimbledon starting on Monday (one of our favourite sporting events of the year), we hope you will be inspired to dust off your tennis racquets and hit the courts…
