Welcome to our first newsletter for 2025. We have dived straight into the New Year and are embracing the momentum of a surprisingly busy January. Alongside sales in Belgravia, Chelsea, South Kensington and Kensington over the past four weeks (making this our busiest January to date), we are also fielding a significant number of new sales and lettings enquires leading to further deals being agreed.
The London property market is, as ever, a talking point, with plenty of speculation around what 2025 may bring. While forecasts vary, what remains certain is that demand for best-in-class homes continues to drive activity and there is no doubt that our fast start has been assisted by the quality of the properties we are marketing on behalf of our clients.
