When it comes to property in prime central London, traditionally, July heralds the start of a quieter few weeks for the sales market, with the summer holidays giving many the opportunity to relax and recharge with friends and family. There are visibly less people and traffic on the roads and new enquiries from prospective purchasers tend to lessen at this time of year.
That said, we continue to work with a number of focused buyers and in the last week our team have handed over the keys to two charming homes in Belgravia and Knightsbridge. We also have a healthy number of properties currently under offer and continue to work tirelessly on behalf of our clients who are focused on selling, with our advice and strategy key to the success of each sale.
The lettings market shows no sign of quietening down and we are working with a number of families looking to secure homes before the end of summer, whilst also working alongside several potential tenants who are re-locating to London for business reasons. The inward relocation for work and business purposes is of particular relevance, suggesting that London remains a more attractive proposition than some would have you believe.

Finally, a special mention for Sabaya, our resident equestrian legend, who recently competed for Tedworth at the annual Property Races at the world famous Ascot racecourse. An incredible experience and as she explains here…a huge amount of training, early mornings and dedication has gone into the preparation and we are all extremely proud of Sab for such an achievement.
