The summer holidays are upon on us and with many people taking a well earned break with friends and family, the volume of new enquiries we are receiving is in line with our expectations for this time of year.
However, that’s not to say the market has stopped and indeed we are working closely with a number of buyers who are visiting London as part of their summer vacation. With a relaxed vibe and more time, these buyers are certainly focused and seemingly intent on striking a deal whilst here.
In this month’s newsletter, we are delighted to highlight for sale a wonderful apartment that we have just launched in Lennox Gardens, SW1X, alongside a charming two bedroom apartment that has sold on Draycott Place, SW3. Sloane Gardens is the focus for our lettings team, with three new apartments coming to market in the coming weeks.
Finally, as we move into the second half of 2024, we take a look back at the first half of the year and offer some insight into our expectations for the autumn market.
