Welcome to the mid-way point of 2025. An action-packed June has seen a wide variety of social occasions, both with clients and industry colleagues…one of the highlights being the ever-popular Lonres summer party in Belgrave Square, this year celebrating its 25th anniversary.

This week in London, temperatures are predicted to be well in excess of 30 degrees and with many schools finishing in the coming days for the summer holidays, it’s understandable that people’s attention will now turn to family holidays and some downtime away from the normal day to day grind…
This of course means that the streets become a little quieter, but equally, as anyone working in London’s prime property market will attest, the next few weeks can also prove to be very fruitful for clients, with prospective purchasers and tenants deciding to holiday in London, “dropping in” enroute to the Mediterranean, and for those living in the Middle East, London can prove to be a great place to escape the heat and in turn perhaps review the property market at the same time.
