With dry (ish) January coming to a close, we have set aside our New Years resolutions in favour of phone calls, viewings and market appraisals. Whilst it is too early to be making sweeping market predictions for 2026, if the first four weeks are anything to go by, we have high hopes and are excited for the year ahead.
We have had a particularly poignant moment at Tedworth this month, with the completion of Sparkes Cottage, a charming home tucked away discreetly in the heart of Belgravia. Sparkes Cottage was our first ever instruction in 2017, heralding the start of a long standing relationship with the owner, and we have had the honour of letting the property ever since.
Of course all good things come to an end and this special Belgravia home is now ready for its next owner. In the words of our client, they have been “absolutely delighted” with our service, and commented “we had gone above and beyond all expectations to deliver a top service for them”. We are so thankful for their kind words, and also for their trust in us over the years.
Lettings is a key area of our business, so it’s especially pleasing to report a near 50% increase in management and a 100% increase in the number of properties within our portfolio in the past 12 months. An incredible achievement and we are extremely proud of Helen, Hannah, and the team for continuing to provide a best-in-class service, we truly couldn’t do it without their tireless efforts.
