We are delighted to share with you our first newsletter of the year and it is fair to say the new year has started with a bang.
Indeed, using January as a bellwether, 2022 looks set to continue as last year ended, with demand from serious and motivated purchasers and tenants continuing to outpace supply resulting in a flurry of early sales and lettings being agreed.
As we look forward to the year ahead, we are pleased to report that following a review of 2021,Tedworth experienced another period of sustained growth, both in terms of the number of completed sales and also the total value of the properties sold.
This is testament to the wonderful team of professionals within the business and as we go from strength to strength, we continue to demonstrate why our clients trust us to act in their best interests.
