Less is more.
London certainly has a different feel about it compared to before the lockdown. There are less people in the shops, cafes and restaurants in central London and more uncertainty about a potential second spike.
From a property perspective there are less viewings being carried out but conversely there are more applicants registering and more sales taking place than expected. There are less viewing per sale agreed as buyers are more focussed, and there is less property on the market meaning more opportunities for sellers to achieve a full price.
