As we reach the mid point of the summer, a time of year when London’s property market traditionally pauses for breath, it’s especially pleasing to report we are orchestrating a healthy volume of transactions on behalf of our clients, whilst also agreeing terms for a number of new sales and lettings. This month’s featured properties include two apartments situated on the prestigious and sought-after Cadogan Gardens, SW3. One has a short lease and requires a degree of modernisation, whilst the other benefits from a share of freehold and has just been sold in immaculate condition. Whilst they couldn’t be more different in size, style and condition, what remains constant with both is our desire and ability to deliver for our clients.

Whilst many people are currently away enjoying a break in the sunshine, our attention now turns towards the autumn market and ensuring we are well positioned for the twists and turns that invariably lie ahead…
