Mid March heralds the start of Spring and with the clocks going forward last weekend, this is always an exciting time of year as we look towards longer (and warmer) days ahead.
Traditionally, Spring is considered to be one of the key selling seasons in the property market and with specific reference to prime central London, having reviewed the high volume of enquiries we continue to receive month on month, the concept of a “Spring market” is perhaps slightly passé…
Indeed, in our view, ensuring our client’s properties are positioned correctly in the market, both in terms of value and marketing strategy are all that matters to ensure they achieve their goals. Judging by our recent sales including a lateral apartment in Kensington, a family home in SW6 and an impressive apartment in Barkston Gardens (our “Sold Property of the Month”), we are certainly achieving those goals.
