Even during Lockdown 2.0, our team has been dealing with a steady stream of inbound enquires for the properties we are marketing for sale and to let and we are delighted to report terms of sale have been agreed on a number of properties in the last 4 weeks.
At this time of year, there is always a steely determination from buyers and sellers respectively, both trying to ensure their purchase (or sale) concludes successfully before the festive period begins. Cognisant that the holidays will be different this year to anything any of us have ever experienced before, it seems more than ever our clients and their purchasers are determined to conclude matters in a timely manner.
