The firm was responsible for a third of all the sales on Eaton Square in 2018, and tucked away some cracking instructions elsewhere, including a townhouse on Earls Terrace for £9.5m.
The early success is unsurprising given the founders’ form in the high-end sector, having held senior roles at top firms including Sotheby’s, Savills and Knight Frank; between them, the pair have transacted on more than £1bn- worth of stock over the last 15 years, and have some of the best contact books in the business.
The team operates from a base just off Sloane Square and covers the whole of central London, with a focus on Mayfair, Marylebone, Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Belgravia.
