PCL agency Tedworth recruits former Henry & James duo
James Bailey & Hannah Wilson have joined Christian Warman & Simon Tollit’s Sloane Street-based firm.
Boutique PCL estate agency Tedworth Property has bolstered its sales and lettings team with two new recruits.
Well-known agent James Bailey has joined the firm as partner, bringing 35 years of industry experience.
Formerly CEO of Henry & James on Motcomb Street, and before that a director at D&G, he has spent the last few years as chief executive of specialist off-market firm JBB Property.
In his new role, he will be dealing with sales & lettings, as well as off-market transactions across Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Chelsea.
Fellow Henry & James alumna Hannah Wilson also joins the Sloane Square-based operation, and has over ten years’ experience working on behalf of landlords with investment portfolios across PCL.
As operations manager at Tedworth, she will act as a point of contact for landlords and tenants, covering administration, accounting and property management.
