Matthew Morton-Smith has joined Christian Warman & Simon Tollit’s independent agency after 19 years at Savills.

Boutique Prime Central London estate agency Tedworth Property has bolstered its line-up with a heavyweight new hire.

Matthew Morton-Smith has joined the independent firm after 19 years with Savills, where he covered neighbourhoods including Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Westminster, Pimlico – and was until recently heading up the Chelsea office.

He has worked in property for a total of 25 years, acting for, and advising private clients, investors, developers, corporate and public bodies across all sectors of the London resi market.

His joins Christian Warman & Simon Tollit’s agency as a partner, and will be based out of its Sloane Street office.

Tedworth’s recent hires have also included the former CEO of Henry & James, James Bailey.
