Tedworth recruits new letting head from Strutt & Parker
Sabaya Verger has joined Simon Tollit and Christian Warman’s boutique agency after seven years at Strutts, specialising in the prime and super-prime market.
Sabaya has spent the last ten years specialising in the Prime Central London market, firstly at Raglan International and then at Strutts, where she was an associate director.
Tedworth was launched by former Knight Frank partner Simon Tollit and ex-Savills man Christian Warman in 2017, and serves up sales and lettings services across the prime postcodes from a base on Sloane Street. The agency, which has also recruited some well-known names from Knight Frank and Chestertons, said Verger’s appointment would “considerably” extend its reach and “offer an established working relationship with many of the area’s landlords”
