Thirdly, many London properties aren’t as affected by the winter months as much as country properties, so buyers still have choice of openly available properties that haven’t been taken off the market until the daffodils shoot up in the spring.
Finally, many potential sellers are preparing for a launch in the first quarter of 2018, and many of these properties would entertain a ‘pre-market’ viewing.
