There is always a sense of excitement and anticipation as we gear up for the year ahead and as ever, the first few weeks of a New Year bring with them a plentiful supply of predictions for the London property market – some fall into the “glass half full” category, whilst others are more “glass half empty” in their outlook.
In the absence of a crystal ball, it stands to reason that the best way to gauge the market is to review current activity ‘from the street’…Within the Tedworth team, we have started 2023 in fine fashion, with a number of successful sales taking place in the first four weeks and a significant number moving towards exchange. So far so good…
The key of course is to ensure a ready supply of new properties are available and it’s extremely pleasing to report that our team are busy preparing to launch a wide selection of flats and houses in the coming days. These include a lateral apartment with outside space in Belgravia, a charming mews house moments from Sloane Square and a best in class property in Kensington with an incredible array of amenities, 24hr concierge and secure parking.
Naturally we are mindful of any number of pitfalls that could lie ahead but equally, with the right mindset and the ability to provide exceptional service levels whilst continuing to deliver on our word to clients, we believe 2023 has great potential and we are certainly in the “glass half full” camp…
