As the temperature continues to rise and we bask in the glorious sunshine, London is looking splendid. Looking ahead, whilst many prepare to jet off for a well earned rest, we are preparing ourselves for what we hope will be a very productive summer for both Tedworth and our clients.
Whilst this mindset may differ from the well documented ‘summer lull’ commentary, with many believing July and August yield very few sales, in our personal experience, this is not always the case. Yes, activity in terms of volume may be lower but in actual fact, the next eight weeks can provide vendors with great results if the appointed agent adopts a proactive approach to each individual property.
As highlighted, the global reach of Tedworth is growing and with interaction from 59 countries so far in 2018, we fully expect many of these new enquiries to venture to London for short vacations this summer and we very much look forward to meeting and spending time with them.
