It’s been great to see a significant PCL transaction has been making the news in recent days and we are delighted and very proud to have been involved in the sale of the Penthouse at Hollandgreen Place.
Alongside this sale and our “sold ” property of the month (see details below), we have handed the keys over to the new owners of homes in Chelsea and The Peterborough Estate whilst our incredible Chelsea Embankment apartment (£4,000 per week) has found a new tenant.
