“Agents closed a significant deal in Kensington last week, as London’s super-prime market continues its recovery.”
PrimeResi hears a penthouse at the highly-regarded Hollandgreen Place scheme has been successfully tucked away, some four years after first becoming available.
The marquee duplex – which was asking £15mn – sprawls across 3,800 square feet and has a 39-foot reception opening out onto an “exceptional” roof terrace with views across the capital.
Sami Robertson and Susannah Fox MRICS from Harwood Advisory collaborated with Tedworth Property on the deal, which went through at close to £4,000 per square foot. Robertson said a switch to a “discrete but strategic” off-market campaign had delivered the desired result, following three years of “over-exposure” with other firms. We hear two offers were received, although “many more were contemplated”.
Robertson added: “Harwood continues to grow from strength to strength driven by its ethos of total client commitment and ability to identify what the market needs for a transaction to be successful.”
Simon Tollit of Tedworth Property: “Having developed a long standing relationship over several years with the purchaser, it has been an honour for Tedworth to be involved in such a prestigious transaction working alongside Harwood Advisory. Hollandgreen Place is an exceptional development and it’s been a genuine team effort demonstrating trust, professionalism, and integrity from start to finish, concluding in a wonderful result for both buyer and seller.”
A great example of collaboration between forward thinking and proactive agents…
